  Detail view for webapp icons should be disabled as it's broken.

  See a detail view in alt tab switcher for a webapp icon.

  None, disables a feature, test case included.

  
  Detail view for webapp icons (in the alt tab switcher) is broken atm. Fixing it requires too many changes. Let's disable it for 13.04.
