Lads,
 
I'm confused at this point as to the original error since I have upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04 (from 12.04) and removed postgresql.
 
Or you guys okay or do you need something from me?  I really don't want to try and reinstall postgresql if it will blow up my system etc...
