  nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in icon_rename_ended_cb() while renaming
  directory on NFS

Bug description:
  The NFS server was somewhat laggy at the time from heavy load, rename
  occurred in a large directory. I have not tried to reproduce the error
  yet.
