Title:
  In the top panel, sound widget shows mute whole time

Bug description:
  Besides being set to 100% in sound settings, sound widget in the top
  panel shows mute on. This starts on boot and than the sound is indeed
  set to mute and can not be turned on through the widget and must be
  adjusted through sound settings. Even when I adjust sound in sound
  settings to 100%  the widget shows that the mute is on and still the
  sounds are playing.

  This is my first bug reported so if some info is missing please be
  polite :D
