  Files should open on the monitor where they were opened.

  wishlist feature:

  If I open a pdf, odt, txt, etc file (from within nautilus for example)
  on monitor X, the program should launch on Monitor X.

  
  Currently on U12.10 with all updates on a two monitor system.
