Title:
  package doc-base 0.10.6 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess
  installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10

Status in doc-base package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I run
   > sudo apt-get upgrade 
  after adding deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ utopic main to source list while running Ubuntu 14.0.4

  This didn't work so I tried
  > apt-get dist-upgrade

  After restarting Ubuntu 14.10, I got the error.
