Please follow /usr/share/doc/systemd/README.Debian for debugging this
shutdown hang. In the debug shell, please do

  journalctl -b > /root/journal.txt

and the next time you boot, attach /root/journal.txt here. Thanks!

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  kubuntu 15.04 - when rebooting I'm getting on tty1 a stop job is running for network manager
  takes 10-15 secs to reboot
