  remmina crashed with SIGSEGV in freerdp_channels_find_by_open_handle()

Bug description:
  Reminna crashes on me once or twice a day. I use it a lot; I think it
  is one of the most important linux programs for someone who
  administers windows networks.

  Anyway this is just another crash that happened.

  Reminna is one application that I wish got heaver funding. This really
  needs to be rock solid for everyone.
