Title:
  click packages not recognised as .ar archives

Status in file-roller package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  the new .click package format is a .ar file containing some tar.gz
  files, file-roller doesn't recognise .click files as ar archives and
  refuses to open them. Renaming the click to a .ar allows it to open
  with no issues.
