Message #110978
[Bug 1360225] Re: gnome-mahjongg has outdated website link in the package description in Mint 17/Ubuntu 14.04
Michael: Hm. Looks like the home page might be defined multiple places.
Looking at [1], it is pointing to the first link mentioned in the
report. The package in Ubuntu Vivid [2] on the other hand, is pointing
to the other/correct URL.
I am not sure where it fetches the URL which is used for homepage,
though. I believed it simply fetched the value from the debian/control
file, which in this case seems to be generated from debian/control.in.
But that doesn't seem to have changed the homepage url between utopic
[3] and vivid [4] so I'm not sure why packages.ubuntu.com displays
different URLs.
[1] http://packages.ubuntu.com/utopic/gnome-mahjongg
[2] http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/gnome-mahjongg
[3] http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/utopic/gnome-mahjongg/utopic/view/head:/debian/control.in
[4] http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/vivid/gnome-mahjongg/vivid/view/head:/debian/control.in

Title:
gnome-mahjongg has outdated website link in the package description in
Mint 17/Ubuntu 14.04
Status in gnome-mahjongg package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
The Software Manager (mintInstall 7.5.7) shows an outdated link for the gnome-mahjongg package.
The link shown is
https://live.gnome.org/Mahjongg
but it should be
https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Mahjongg
Not the end of the world, I know, but still a bug.
My system: Mint 17 64-bit XFCE, dist-upgraded to current.
Cheers
