Bug description:
  This is a meta bug that tracks what needs to be done to get a python3
  version of software-center ready:

  The following package need to have python3 packages:
  pygobject:          bug #802486 (done)
  aptdaemon:          bug #823216 (possibly done, former text: requires porting of all dbus use Gio/GDbus)
  python-xdg:         bug #823150 (done)
  python-defer:       bug #823220 (patch available, not tested)
  xapian:             bug #823227 (upstream is working on this, needs help testing)
  piston-mini-client: bug #823229
  python-oauth:       bug #823252 (Upstresm is dead, please replace with python-oauthlib)

  The dbus and gmenu bits needs to be ported to use introspection (GIR)
  too.
