Bug description:
Semi-maximizing a window and then restoring it does not return the
window back to it's original place before semi-maximizing it.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place window somewhere near the left side of the screen.
  2. Press Ctrl-Super-Right to semi-maximize the window to the right side of the screen.
  3. Click the restore button.

Observe the window is restored to near right side of the screen
instead of back where it was originally near the left.

Note: Dragging the window to the left/right edge to semi-maximize
*will* restore the window back to its original position. It's only
  the shortcut that causes this.
