Title:
'Empty trash' on flash drive leaves unnecessary '.Trash' folder
Status in Nautilus:
Confirmed
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
This is a follow-up to bug 12893 -- it is not a duplicate!
When you go to unmount a USB flash-drive you are automatically
prompted to Empty Trash. After doing so, however, there is a left-
over folder, e.g. ".Trash-1000" which is hidden on Linux but visible
on Windows. Since the folder is unused can't it be removed, too?
