  I am using 9.10 (64-bit) Just loaded and I had done a software update
  first and downloaded 199 updates.

  I get this message in Evolution when I click on the Contacts tab:

  Error loading address book.

  This address book cannot be opened.  This either means that an
  incorrect URI was entered, or the server is unreachable.

  Detailed error message: Permission denied
