  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Response><Ip>66.18.x.y</Ip><Status>OK</Status><CountryCode>US</CountryCode><CountryCode3>USA</CountryCode3><CountryName>United States</CountryName><RegionCode>TN</RegionCode><RegionName>Tennessee</RegionName><City>Chattanooga</City><ZipPostalCode>37415</ZipPostalCode><Latitude>35.1300</Latitude><Longitude>-85.2907</Longitude><AreaCode>423</AreaCode><TimeZone>America/Chicago</TimeZone></Response>

  Everything is correct except that Chattanooga TN is not in Central
  time.  America/New_York would provide the correct timezone for users
  installing Ubuntu in Chattanooga.
