[Bug 826771] [NEW] indicator-appmenu leads to have a nautilus menubar displayed on top of the screen

is visible under the gnome shell panel.

[How To Reproduce]
1. Install gnome-shell and gnome-themes-standard
2. login gnome session
3. Apply gnome shell theme of using transparently panel.
(ex. Delta-shell: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Delta+shell?content=143257 )
