Title:
  Text Entry ignores all changes

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I upgraded from Utopic to Vivid RC and had my German keyboard layout
  replaced by US layout. Opened Control Center > Text Entry and the
  Input sources list is empty. I try to add German (or US) but nothing
  happens. The list stays empty. When I try to switch any other setting
  it very briefly acknowledges the change but then switches back to
  where is came from.
