Title:
[MS-7924, Realtek ALC892, Green Line Out, Rear] Underruns, dropouts or
crackling sound
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Crackling sounds occur right after playback has been started. Addtionally a very, very short part of the file/video is looped during playback, but moves on after a few moments and starts to loop the new part. When the mouse is moved, looping does not occur. The looping may change to a "regular" echo-
like sound, which cannot be prevented by moving the mouse.
