In the GH issue <https://github.com/FreeRDP/Remmina/issues/69> the
authors of Remmina claim this bug has been fixed in Remmina version 1.x
(released in February 2014).

As a workaround, one can use the official PPA ppa:remmina-ppa-team
/remmina-next as described in their Wiki:
https://github.com/FreeRDP/Remmina/wiki

Bug description:
  When I start a rdp connect in remmina  (I didn't try with vnc or ssh)
  the window of the remote machine is moved up and right as in the
  screenshot. I have to resize the window to make it properly displayed.
