Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  apport-collect is refusing to attach info to 352228 because "You are
  not the reporter or subscriber of this problem report, or the report
  is a duplicate or already closed".

  352228 isn't a duplicate or closed, and as the attached screenshot
  shows I'm subscribed to it.
