Title:
  apport pops up a pane stating bug already reported, look in the web
  browser. But it is not there

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  After a bail-out of UbuntuOne, apport was kicked in, did some
  munching, and reported:

  "This problem was already reported in the bug report displayed in the
  web browser. Please check if you can add any further information that
  might be helpful for the developers."

  But:

  (1) no new tab/window was opened on any web browser;
  (2) no web browser was started to display the bug.
