Title:
gnome-control-center is missing settings for groups

Status in GNOME Control Center:
  New
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The system settings in natty and earlier used to allow some basic
management of group settings, but this is missing from oneiric's new

did a clean install) but it is not linked to in gnome-control-center.
