  first:
    use firefox to view this web (http://61.155.5.33/zoushitu/lotteryfenbu.html) (A chinese website)
  second:
    use IE(windows version),opera(linux version),chrome  (linux version) to view it again.

  you can find data in the table that the background color is red or
  blue is different than other web browser.
