Thank you for your bug report but those options got dropped by GNOME in
GNOME3, not by Ubuntu, you should report issues you have to their lists
or bug tracker, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME

  There is an option to change theme in the appearance properties, but
  I'm unable to install additional themes.
