  Text sizes are incorrect.

Bug description:
  The text on the desktop and top bar are incorrect. They are incredibly
  small and hard to read.

   Everything's up to date and restarting doesn't seem to fix my
  problem.

  EDIT: Whoops. Forgot to mention a few things. I do not know how I got
  stuck with this small text. I sometimes use an external monitor (same
  res. as built in (1366x768). Not sure if it's relevant.
