Title:
Ubuntu Software Center appears to have a problem rendering content

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hello,
Since Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (this persists in Ubuntu 12.10), Ubuntu Software Center shows the best rated applications in subcategories incorrectly rendered. As you can see in the attachment, the second line of the apps do not fit into the frames.
This bug is not specific to only one language (as it was once with the promotional banner). I only tested it with English and Czech languages (on more computers).
