Title:
  submit_usefulness_gtk3.py crashed with ValueError in _parse_args():
  invalid literal for int() with base 10: '--datadir'

Bug description:
  I don’t know exactly how this happen but I think I was installing "Tweak advanced GNOME 3 settings/ Tweak Tool"
  and then bug reporter pop-up and then I came here

  By The Way I installed Ubuntu 12.10 daily build yesterday and in
  general it's good so far but there is a lot of bugs in "Ubuntu
  Software Centre" And "Ubuntu one" these two Application VERY VERY VERY
  BUGY

  Bugs:
  A-
  Ubuntu Software Centre --> its with leaving comment after installing software I cant do that, i can not leave comment after I installed software.

  B-
  second bug is with installing software from "Ubuntu Software Centre" some time it take about 30 minutes during installation processor (it's Not internet speed because I have high speed)

  C-
  and third bug in Ubuntu Software Centre is with searching, sometimes when i search for something it take about  15 minutes to show me results (and like i said before my internet communication is very very fast so it's not with internet speed)
  for example : before some time ago I was searching to install GIMP in "Ubuntu Software Centre" (in search bar that's how i call it)
  and it take about 20 minutes to show me GIMP in result section
