Bug description:
  software-center 5.5.4, Ubuntu Raring

  1. Switch to a guest session.
  2. Launch Ubuntu Software Center.
  3. Click "Turn On Recommendations".

  I've clicked the "Turn on recommendations" button in Ubuntu Software
  Center and this opened up a dialog window which uses an ancient Ubuntu
  logo icon as you can see in this screenshot:
