  Install/Uninstall Software center in drop-down menu not selectable for
  DEB packages

  Invalid

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 11.10
  2) Impossible to find (terminal)
  3)Installing pre-downloaded deb package opening by Software center
  4)Install/Uninstall in Software center's drop-down menu are not selectable. No installation is possible.
