Bug description:
  I was trying to install screenruler by clicking apt:screenruler on this site: http://blog.lolyco.com/sean/2010/05/13/on-screen-ruler-for-ubuntu-screenruler/
  What happen after I clicked:
  1. Ubuntu Software Centre started
  2. It showed the message: “Not found. There's no package called “screenruler” in software sources.” (Loosely translated from Polish)
  3. And it showed star rating (16 ratings)
