  No option to go to or browse bugs on launchpad

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  It would be nice if I could search for a package and then:
  - Browse the bugs for that package
  - Report a bug for that package (might be possible already?)
  - Go to the launchpad page with bugs for that package
  - Get an alert if there are critical bugs in that package (data corruption, security issues, etc)
