Title:
Buggy installation process of deb files

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Installing .deb files (Teamviewer, latest Skype, Opera, latest
VirtualBox) does not work very nicely. It shows the install button,
but then after a while, despite I already pressed Install, there is
another Install button there, ultil the very end of the process when
Reinstall appears. Watch the movie I uploaded online, here:
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SESIlpsyvV4

One could press Install multiple times and who knows what happens in
that case, which I did during the installations I made yesterday. PS:
this process is a slow process, I think running in terminal dpkg
  command is way faster.
