  Ubuntu software center can't login and download previous purchases

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  My Ubuntu software center doesn't login to my Ubuntu account and let
  me download previous purchases, when I click the voice in the menu it
  opens a blank page, no titles in there. Also turning on
  recommendations doen#t do anything, he wheel spins a few times and
  then the button comes up again.
