  cheese doesn't work: cluttervideosink missing

Bug description:
  Fresh install from apt-get in vivid produces a black screen with the
  message:

  One or more needed GStreamer elements are missing: cluttervideosink.

  If this is still in vivid the package should install it otherwise the
  package is useless.
