  Podcasts are re-downloaded after having been deleted, and some
  duplicates are created as well.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: rhythmbox

  After deleting old podcast episodes (either because they've been
  downloaded, or because they're from like five years ago), sometimes an
  update of a feed will re-download the ones that have already been
  deleted. Additionally, seemingly at random, it will re-download
  episodes that have not been deleted. So they show up twice in the
  list. And if I delete "episode and file", an attempt to play the one
  that was already downloaded will result in an error, as it has
  apparently been deleted as well (I assume that a second copy was not
  downloaded, only a duplicate list item was created, thus deleting the
  file removes it from both list items). It becomes tedious when many of
  the podcasts to which I subscribe keep a backlog of several years, and
  I have to manually re-delete them again, only to have them show up in
  a few weeks when this error recurs. Thanks for your time.
