Title:
  gnome-panel is running over unity

Status in gnome-session package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  since proposed unity and nux update unitiy can start with 173.14.30 nvidia driver 
  but gnome-panel is running in same time than unity
  i hav found no way to kill it or delete it in gconf-editor / gnome-session as "before"

  i hav created a new user but it's the same behavior

  let me know if i can submit more informations
