Title:
Dumped to login screen about 30 seconds after login
Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-session
About half the time I log in, I get dumped to the login screen ~20-30
seconds later. I freshly installed Ubuntu 10.04 on Saturday, and this
problem started a few days later. This only happens shortly after log
in, it never happens once I have been logged in for a while. Also, the
times that this happens, Ubuntu fails to connect to the internet.
I realize that this probably isn't enough information for you to find
the bug, but I'm not sure where to look for logs about this sort of
thing. Let me know what you need, and I will get it for you.
