  gnome-fallback-session fullscreen resolution changes keep the top and
  bottom panels, inducing distortion in wine programs

Bug description:
  Since updating last, the gnome fallback session is suddendly not
  allowing wine fullscreen apps (games) to occuppy the whole screen,
  leaving the useless top and bottom bars (which disrupt the viewtomodel
  mouseclicks of the apps too)
