  vino-server still active when enabling and disabling remote desktop

Status in vino package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I enable the remote desktop feature vino-server is started. If I
  disable it immediately, the process "vino-server" is still running
  consuming cpu power.
