Title:
Remote desktop windows needs to be opened for VNC to be able to
  connect to desktop:0

Status in vino package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: vino

For me to be able to VNC into desktop:0, I have to open the SYSTEM =>
PREFERENCES => Remote Desktop window even though I had previously
configured Remote Desktop to permit other users to log into desktop:0.
It only needs to be opened and then I am able to vnc into the desktop.
Other desktops (desktop:1) are NOT effected by this. No other VNC
servers are running when I do a "ps -ef | grep vnc" on the terminal,
so there is not interference by other vnc servers when this problem
  happens.
