  pulseaudio crashed with SIGSEGV in pa_mainloop_poll()

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

  Had FF with 7 tabs of them with flash: one tab open with YT embeeded
  video and one tab with YT video witch i was watching and sudenly video
  sound stopped playing correctly but instead it repeated 1/2second long
  same part of video sound until i closed tab. Video didnt stopped at
  least in next 5 seconds from moment when sound crash happened.
