  totem has no sound while any flash app is making sound

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: totem

  I have ran into this bug before and it was an easy fix, but I could
  not find it in my history anywhere on this site..

  So, While I have a flash app opened and playing audio in firefox, I
  cannot get audio in any other app, This includes Totem, etc.

  I tried installing libflashsupport, it said the package was dated and
  I installed the replacement, still had the same issue.

  Uninstalled the flash app through synaptic package manager, Re-
  installed the standard ubuntu repository version, Still same issue..
