[Bug 1433047] [NEW] xorg: Unusable Unity Environment (15.04 - using the daily iso of 16.03.2015)

The Unity environment is loaded but the screen is completely unusable.
The only clearly visible thing is the mouse cursor which can be moved.

Hardware: ATI/AMD Mobility X1600 (RV530).
I believe that the Gallium R300G driver is in use.
