Title:
  Xorg freeze

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Running a freshly-installed 15.04, fully-updated, on an Intel
NUC5i5RYK (with an up-to-date bios). Connected to three Dell U2415
monitors, daisy-chained using the DP output.

As you can see from Xorg.0.log, all three monitors are detected, and
  the framebuffer is set to 5760 x 1200 (3 * 1920 x 1200).

This problem only manifests itself when connected to more than one
  monitor.
