Same problem here, exactly as Tim Peters. CTRL-ALT(-SHIFT)-direction
works, CTRL-ATL-T for terminal doesn't, ALT-tab works, ALT-SHIFT-tab
doesn't... strangely enough if I change terminal to CTRL-ALT-N it works,
it also works with CTRL-ALT-D, but if I try to set "Hide all windows" to
CTRL-ALT-D it doesn't work

15.04 - 3.19.0-16-generic #16-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 30 16:09:58 UTC 2015
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Was working fine on 14.04
