  Highlighted text in pdf files is not shown on prints

Bug description:
  Highghted text in pdf files is shown correctly in the viewer, but not
  in the print preview & the printouts, there only a yellow bar (the
  highlighting) is visible, and the actual text is behind it (since it
  is selectable in the print preview).
