Confirm too. Tested 20 times in vivid from live cd with remmina version
1.1.1-1ubuntu1

Bug description:
  When first connecting to a remote host with remmina, with either RDP or VNC, the connection window is blank.
  If I resize the window the remote display renders correctly.
