Bug description:
  Replicate

  1. Start Inkscape
  2. File >> Open
  3. Set Location to: http://www.worldlabel.com/Templates/WL-244.pdf
  4. Click Open

  Expected Results

  Inkscape is able to open the file.

  Actual Results

  Failed to load the requested file
  http://www.worldlabel.com/Templates/WL-244.pdf
