Title:
Xorg crashed after 'service gdm restart'
Status in xorg-server package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I noticed my keyboard was not working properly as typing for example
shift + , would give me the character _ instead of the expected
quotation mark ?
I opened a terminal and typed 'sudo service gdm restart'
After that I was in the lobby but my user wasn't available for quick
login so I had to go through the 'not listed?' option typing my
username and password. After that bug splat informed that this crashed
had happened.
I am running Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
~$ apt-cache policy xorg
