Title:
gnome-control-center is missing settings for groups

Status in GNOME Control Center:
  Unknown
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
The system settings in natty and earlier used to allow some basic
management of group settings, but this is missing from oneiric's new
user management application. The old "Users and Groups" application is
still available (but this is perhaps because I upgraded rather than
did a clean install) but it is not linked to in gnome-control-center.
